Each crate weights 7.8 lbs and is 16.9 inches wide, 26.9 inches long, and 12.6 inches tall. Each crate has handles to make it easier to carry through rooms and doorways.

Once you select your moving supplies and pick a delivery date, we will reach out to you and provide an estimated drop off time. Each standard package gives you one week to use the supplies you selected. Two days before your rental period is up, we will reach back out to you to schedule a pick-up time on the last day of your rental period. If more time is needed, we can coordinate that with you (depending on availability of our inventory). Expect a $1/crate charge for each additional week.

Yes, we require that someone 18 years of age or older is present and signs for both the delivery and pick up of the crates and/or moving supplies that you rent.

Expect to receive a confirmation email for your rental within 24 hours of placing your order. We are manually sending out confirmation emails so that we can confirm a pickup time that works best for you.

We clean and sanitize our crates in between each rental. Our equipment is inspected before every rental to ensure you’ll be 100% satisfied with your experience.

We issue a full refunds on our crate packages more than 24 hours ahead of the drop off / delivery date. Within 24 hours, we charge a restocking fee that is 50% of the total reservation cost.

We do not issue refunds for crates that are unused within your package. Based on experience, we have carefully crafted each package to include the numbers of crates you would likely need based on the size of your space. If you do need more crates, please contact us to discuss a custom package.

In the event that there is no one available to accept the delivery at the agreed upon drop off time, there will be a $75.00 fee to re-deliver your crates / moving supplies.

In the event the crates and/or other moving supplies are not ready for pick up at the agreed upon pick up time, we charge a $75.00 late fee plus daily charges according to pricing structure for each day thereafter until the crates and/or moving supplies are returned to us.

If you return the crates to us without removing any labels or other stickers on our crates, we will charge a $2 per label / crate fee for removal.
